They sent a sample of this wafer with my order and I loved it and now i am ordering. If you like wafers wirh a little creme you will love this. Comes in chocolate, kei lime pie and I think chocolate flavor. I like vanilla but,I am sure the others are good.

Other than being a shake it is also can be a pudding. If you like vanilla shakes or pudding you will love this. Ambari Nutrition Is an excellent place to purchase anything.l. It is low calorie and low sugar but you would never know it. There products are excellent. I found them my accident because my doctor sells diabetic food and was out of pudding. The French Vanilla pudding is delicious. You think ypu are eating regular pudding. I never had it as a shake but I am sure it's delicious. Highly recommend
