This product is amazing. I have been taking it for years. It suppresses my appetite naturally unlike phentermine. I am able to maintain my weight and battle the PMS cravings.

I have only been taking this for a little over a week but in my opinion I have noticed the cravings decrease. I think consistency is the key. I have a horrible habit at consistency so I will continue for a full month and see. I will do an update if things change. This is not about a magic number for me, it is completely about my health!
